HOW DO I POLISH MY DICE?

I've had the most success with polishing by starting off with a higher grit sand paper, around 400, to remove the supports bumps and any edge rails from printing. After removing them, proceed to polish the other faces with the 400 grit to ensure the faces have been evenly sanded down. Check the points and look to see if one point looks closer to one side. That face has been ground down more. After doing all the faces, proceed to using Zona sheets to start polishing. Start with the 600 (green). Follow the same pattern on each face (I like doing up, down, up, down, circle clockwise, circle counterclockwise, then rotating the face 90 degrees. Repeat 3 times, switch faces). After all faces are complete on each dice, move up to the next sheet (gray). Repeat this process until you reach the ivory sheet. Feel free to message with any questions.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN TO PRODUCT PROCESS?

When going over customized designs for my products, I will work with you to come up with a design that is to your liking. If you wish to go with my current font offerings, simply select the font of your choosing and dice shapes of your choosing. After the design is completed, I will generate the supports by hand, ensuring to carefully place them to keep the integrity of the models during the printing and support removal process. The models and supports are then sent to be printed on my form 3 printer.  Once your dice are printed, the supports are removed, the dice are cured, and then visually inspected for quality. Last but not least, they are packaged and shipped to your door!
